Ivy has had her fair share of bumps but today we had our first real boo-boo. She busted the little connector between your gum and top lip.... and boy does it bleed! I was in shock! And I am not one to deal with blood very well but nurse Mommy kicked it up a notch and saved the day. (I didn't think I had it in me!!) I handled the situation all by myself with some wet paper towel, a cold-pack, the paci, and of course nothing beats hugs and kisses. Ivy's mouth looks really sore but she has been a trooper! The first bloody boo-boo was bound to happen sooner or later. I am sure there will be many more to follow~ OUCH!!
